- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

- 14 hamburger buns, split
Instructions:
- Cut brisket in half and place in a 5-quart slow cooker.
- In a small bowl, combine barbecue sauce, onion, chili seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and lemon juice. Pour over beef.
- Cover and cook on high for 5-6 hours or until the meat is tender.
- Remove beef, cool slightly, shred it, and return to the slow cooker to heat through. Serve on buns.

Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- ½ cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon salt

- 1 medium head iceberg lettuce, torn
- 2 medium tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 1 can (2-1/4 ounces) sliced ripe olives, drained
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup taco sauce
- 1 package (10-1/2 ounces) corn chips
Instructions:
- In a large saucepan, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.
- Stir in ketchup, oregano, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, olives, and beef mixture.
- Mix mayonnaise and taco sauce; pour over salad and toss to coat. Sprinkle with corn chips and serve immediately.
Dessert: Potluck Banana Cake

Ingredients: For the Cake:
- ½ cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1-1/2 cups mashed ripe bananas (about 3 medium)
- 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
For the Coffee Frosting:
- 1/3 cup butter, softened
- 2-1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 2 teaspoons instant coffee granules
- 2 to 3 tablespoons milk
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.
- Combine flour, baking soda, and salt; add alternately with bananas and sour cream, beating well.
- Pour into a greased 13-inch x 9-inch baking dish. Bake at 350°F for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely on a wire rack.
- For the frosting, beat butter and confectioners' sugar until smooth, then mix in coffee granules and milk to achieve desired consistency.
