1. Buffalo Chicken Dip

No list of football game snacks is complete without Buffalo chicken dip. Creamy, spicy, and oh-so-delicious, this dip is guaranteed to be a crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 cups shredded, cooked chicken
  • ½ cup Buffalo sauce
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 ½ teaspoons chopped chives

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In an 8-inch oven-safe skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add chicken and Buffalo sauce; simmer until the sauce thickens (2-3 minutes).
  3. Stir in lemon juice, sour cream, and cream cheese until combined. Top with cheddar cheese.

2. Loaded Potato Skins

Game day isn't complete without loaded potato skins. Crispy, creamy, and customizable, these are a must-have!

Ingredients

  • 8 russet potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Flaky sea salt
  • Black pepper
  • 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • Sour cream and chopped chives for serving

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Poke potatoes with a fork, rub with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Roast potatoes on a baking sheet for 60-75 minutes until soft. Let cool.

  • 3 cups Corn Chex cereal
  • 3 cups Rice Chex cereal
  • 1 cup pretzels
  • 1 cup Cool Ranch Doritos, broken
  • ½ cup butter, melted

  • 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix

Method
