Pour in the petite diced tomatoes (with juice), beef or chicken broth, and tomato sauce. Stir in the bouillon, Worcestershire sauce, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
Add the uncooked white long grain rice to the skillet. Stir to combine and bring the mixture to a boil.
Reduce the heat, cover the skillet, and let it simmer for about 20-25 minutes, or until the rice is cooked and has absorbed the liquid.
Once the rice is fully cooked, remove the skillet from heat. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top, cover again until the cheese is melted. Serve warm and enjoy!
