This one-level spacious waterfront vacation rental provides stunning panoramic views that includes a private crabbing dock and boat slip (Rehoboth Bay connects to Indian River Bay and Atlantic Ocean). It comes fully furnished and has four bedrooms (one bedroom with full/twin bunkbeds, one bedroom with two twin beds and private full bathroom, one bedroom with queen bed and private full bathroom, one bedroom with king bed and private full bathroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room) that can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests. Additional features include two full bathrooms and a half bathroom, an enclosed bayfront sunroom, large open living room, roomy kitchen with all appliances needed, and laundry room with washer and dryer with extra space to use as a gaming room for the kids. There is a beautiful patio area outside with a dining table, propane grill and outdoor fridge, gazebo with outdoor lighting, and boards for corn hole. Guests will have access to beautiful resort amenities such as a pool, bikes to ride around the resort, playground, pickle ball, resort dog park, Marina and store. Fire wood and boat fuel can be purchased on-site. Linens, pillows, and towels are included. Also included is silverware, flatware, cookware, glasses, cooking utensils, toiletries (paper towels, toilet paper, soap).
