This gorgeous one bedroom Tuscany Elite is pet-friendly and includes a queen size bed in the bedroom, plus a queen size bed in the overhead loft. The kitchen comes with full appliances, plus a microwave, coffee maker, cookware, and dinnerware. Other amenities include a private bathroom, heat and air conditioning, flat screen cable TV, WiFi access, stackable washer/dryer, lockable dog door to yard. Outside is a 12-foot covered porch with a couch and a fenced in side/back yard with large stone patio, plus a propane grill for outdoor cooking. Linens provided. No smoking. There is a $50 non-refundable pet fee for all vacation rental units.
