Enjoy an open floor plan with beautifully decorated rooms and amenities that include furnishings, air conditioning, stackable washer and dryer, flat screen cable TV, and a private bathroom. The modern kitchen has full appliances, a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, cookware dinnerware. There is also a concrete patio area, and driveway for easy parking. Linens are provided. Please be aware there will be a refundable security deposit due at check in of $100 for stays less than a month, and $500 for stays a month or longer. Cleaning fees are non-refundable in the amount of $50 for stays less than a month, and $100 for stays a month or longer.
