Our gorgeous premium cottages are the perfect spot for your getaway to Citra. They feature one bedroom with a queen bed and a flat screen cable TV, plus a full sleeper sofa in the living room to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. Beautifully decorated with an open floor plan, these rentals come furnished with additional amenities that include air conditioning, stackable washer and dryer, a second flat screen cable TV in the living room, WiFi access, and a private bathroom. The modern kitchen has full appliances, a microwave, coffee maker, cookware dinnerware. There is also a covered porch with two chairs and a side table to enjoy the beautiful Florida sunshine, a concrete driveway for parking, and a back deck with a BBQ grill for outdoor entertaining. Linens are provided. Please be aware there will be a refundable security deposit due at check in of $100 for stays less than a month, and $500 for stays a month or longer. Cleaning fees are non-refundable in the amount of $50 for stays less than a month, and $100 for stays a month or longer.
