The cozy Guadalupe cottage rentals provides up to 400 square feet that can accommodate 4 adults and 4 children with a queen size bed in the bedroom, a sleeper sofa in the living room, plus an overhead loft area with two full mattresses for the kids. These rentals also come fully furnished with a private bathroom, linens for the downstairs, air conditioning, flat screen cable television, and a kitchen with full appliances. It is expected that you pay up to your departure date; should you need to leave earlier a thirty day notice is required and we will prorate rent to cover the next thirty days from the notice date. This unit does allow dogs. We ask that you confirm with the resort that you will be traveling with a pet(s) prior to check-in. Reservations with a non-registered pet will be charged a minimum $250 cleaning fee.
