The cozy Guadalupe cottage rentals provides up to 400 square feet that can accommodate 4 adults and 4 children with a queen size bed in the bedroom, a sleeper sofa in the living room, plus an overhead loft area with two full mattresses for the kids. These rentals also come fully furnished with a private bathroom, linens for the downstairs, air conditioning, flat screen cable television, and a kitchen with full appliances. Check In - 3:00 PM Check Out - 11:00 AM Monthly Reservations - Rent is due upon arrival for the first month and the first of each month following check-in. It is expected that you pay up to your departure date; should you need to leave earlier a thirty day notice is required and we will prorate rent to cover the next thirty days from the notice date.
