This Llano cottage rental is handicap accessible and provides a queen size bed in the bedroom and a full size sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate up to 4 guests. The layout of these 400 square foot rentals include furnishings with linens, air conditioning, flat screen cable television, private bathroom and a fully appointed kitchen. A covered outdoor porch with four chairs and a ceiling fan, plus a charcoal grill and picnic table complete these sites. Check In - 3:00 PM Check Out - 11:00 AM Dogs allowed for a fee of $50 per reservation Monthly Reservations - Rent is due upon arrival for the first month and the first of each month following check-in. It is expected that you pay up to your departure date; should you need to leave earlier a thirty day notice is required and we will prorate rent to cover the next thirty days from the notice date. This unit does allow dogs. We ask that you confirm with the resort that you will be traveling with a pet(s) prior to check-in. Reservations with a non-registered pet will be charged a minimum $250 cleaning fee.
