Overview

Similar to our standard Pecos cottages, our deluxe units include additional features for your comfort and convenience. Each studio-style rental is furnished with a queen size bed to comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests. Other amenities include limited furnishings, linens, air conditioning, flat screen cable television, a private bathroom, and kitchenette with a mini refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. Outside is a covered front porch with chairs, plus a charcoal grill and picnic table so you can relax and enjoy the Texas sunshine. There are multiple of these cottages available for rent within the park. Check In - 3:00 PM Check Out - 11:00 AM Monthly Reservations - Rent is due upon arrival for the first month and the first of each month following check-in. It is expected that you pay up to your departure date; should you need to leave earlier a thirty day notice is required and we will prorate rent to cover the next thirty days from the notice date.
