Designed with families in mind, the San Marcos cottage rentals can accommodate 4 adults and 4 children with a queen size bed in the bedroom, a sleeper sofa in the living room, and an overhead loft area with two full size mattresses for the kids. These cottages come furnished and include linens for the downstairs, air conditioning, flat screen cable television, a private bathroom, and a small kitchen area with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Outside, you can relax on the covered porch, and we’ve provided a charcoal grill and picnic table so you can enjoy the famous Texas weather. There are multiple of these cottages available for rent within the park. ***bring linens for the two full size mattresses in the loft as well as pool towels and barbequing supplies Check In - 3:00 PM Check Out - 11:00 AM Dogs allowed for a fee of $50 per reservation Monthly Reservations - Rent is due upon arrival for the first month and the first of each month following check-in. It is expected that you pay up to your departure date; should you need to leave earlier a thirty day notice is required and we will prorate rent to cover the next thirty days from the notice date. This unit does allow dogs. We ask that you confirm with the resort that you will be traveling with a pet(s) prior to check-in. Reservations with a non-registered pet will be charged a minimum $250 cleaning fee.
